Booking Conditions

  1.  BOOKING

    a. We/Us means Golden Nugget Discovery Tours.
    b. You means the person (s) that made the booking or enquiry (the Customer)

  2. PAYMENT

    a. Price – is the amount stated on the tour page.
    b. The Price on the Day tours is per Adult or per Child (6 years to 15 years inclusive)
    c. The Price on the Extended tours is Twin Share/Couple or Adult Single.
    d. There are No Single Supplements for single travellers.
    e. The Deposit is payed at the time of booking by Direct Deposit.
    f. The Balance (Price of tour less Deposit) will be required No Later Than 14 Days prior to date of departure.
    g. All Prices include Australian Government & Services Tax (GST) and are quoted in Australian Dollars ($AUD)

  3. CANCELLATIONS

    a. If Golden Nugget Discovery Tours cancels the tour (booking) through an event out of our control, we will refund all monies paid by the customer.
    b. If You (the Customer) cancels the tour booking, the following Cancellation Fees apply;
    1. 60 – 31 days from departure date – 25% of deposit.
    2. 30 – 15 days from departure date – 50% of deposit.
    3. 14 – 1 day from departure date – 25% of tour price.
    4. No Show on departure date – 100% of tour price.

  4. TRAVEL INSURANCE

    Golden Nugget Discovery Tours recommends You (the Customer) take out Travel Insurance prior to departure of tour.

  5. LIABILITY

    Golden Nugget Discovery Tours shall be exempt from all liability, delay, loss, damage, sickness or injury however caused, occurring of or to the passenger at any time while participating in any Tour or related activity and passengers will travel with the understanding that these conditions are accepted prior to departure.

  6. AMENDMENTS

    The management retains the right to alter Prices, intineraries, days of operation, and cancel tours for any unforeseen circumstance.
